Accessibility Statement

Last updated: July 1, 2026

1. Our Commitment

Lever Point Consulting, LLC is committed to making leverpointconsulting.com accessible to all users, including people with disabilities. We believe that everyone should be able to access information about our services and contact us regardless of ability or the assistive technology they use.

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning, and neurological disabilities.

2. Our Platform

This Site is built and hosted on the Squarespace platform. Many of the structural accessibility features of the Site, including template markup, keyboard navigation behavior, and responsive design, are determined in part by Squarespace's platform and the template we have chosen. We work within those capabilities to make our content as accessible as possible, and we select and configure options that support accessibility.

3. Measures We Take to Support Accessibility

To promote accessibility on this Site, we strive to:

  • Use clear, plain language throughout all content.

  • Structure content with meaningful headings so that screen reader users can navigate efficiently.

  • Provide descriptive alternative text for images that convey information.

  • Ensure that all form fields (including contact and inquiry forms) have visible labels.

  • Maintain sufficient color contrast between text and background to meet WCAG 2.1 AA contrast ratios (at least 4.5:1 for normal text and 3:1 for large text).

  • Ensure that all interactive elements (links, buttons, and form controls) are keyboard accessible and have visible focus indicators.

  • Avoid content that flashes or blinks in ways that could trigger seizures.

  • Ensure that the Site is functional and readable when text is resized up to 200% without loss of content or functionality.

  • Use responsive design so the Site works on a variety of screen sizes and devices.

4. Known Limitations

While we aim for WCAG 2.1 AA compliance across the Site, some content may not fully meet that standard. Known or potential limitations include:

  • Third-party tools or embedded content (such as scheduling widgets or integrated booking tools) may have their own accessibility limitations that are outside our direct control. We encourage the providers of these tools to maintain accessible interfaces.

  • Certain design elements and template behaviors are constrained by the Squarespace platform. We will work within those constraints and advocate for improvements where possible.

  • We have not yet conducted a formal third-party accessibility audit of this Site. The accessibility measures described in this statement are based on our own review and the capabilities of our platform.

5. Feedback and Contact

We want to hear from you if you experience any accessibility barriers on this Site. Your feedback helps us improve. If you have difficulty accessing any content or functionality on leverpointconsulting.com, please contact us and we will work to address the issue promptly.

7. Compatibility

This Site is designed to be compatible with modern web browsers and common assistive technologies, including screen readers such as NVDA, JAWS, and VoiceOver, and with browser-based zoom and text-resize tools. For the best experience, we recommend using an up-to-date browser and the latest version of your assistive technology.

8. Technical Standards

This Site targets conformance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. The content is developed using HTML and CSS as rendered by the Squarespace platform, and we apply accessibility best practices within the site-building tools available to us.

We will review and update this Accessibility Statement as we make changes to the Site, add new features, or as accessibility standards evolve. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects when it was most recently reviewed.
